We are so excited to be collaborating with MasterChef: The Professionals 2025 finalist, Luke Emmess, to bring you all a night of incredible food in Tywyn!
Originally from Portsmouth, Luke built his culinary career through years of training and experience, including working his way up in professional kitchens and eventually becoming head chef at the Wykeham Arms in Winchester. Known for his refined technique and creative flavour combinations, Emmess impressed judges, earning praise for his consistency, precision, and modern approach to classic dishes.

When booking, please note seating time is the time in which the meal will commence, you are more than welcome to arrive earlier for drinks, but the timing of food will remain the same, if you are running late for the 6:30pm sitting, you may be moved to the 8pm.
