Adam arrived in Birmingham in 2013 to open up Adam’s in a small sandwich shop, intended from the outset to be a pop-up style restaurant for a couple of years. This was the case until in January 2016. Adam opened up Adam’s in its permanent location on Waterloo Street and since then the restaurant has been going from strength to strength.

A string of accolades have followed ever since opening up in the pop-up including a Michelin Star and the restaurants foodie following has continued to be strong. Recently with the addition of a fully stocked and comprehensive wine room viewable across the kitchen from the Chef’s Table the restaurant now delivers the full package.
