George and Samira bring years of Michelin-starred experience across the UK, united by a passion for exceptional food and seasonal, locally sourced ingredients.
George, Head Chef of the events division at TB Hospitality under Tommy Banks, has honed his refined, creative style at leading kitchens including The Black Swan at Oldstead, Northcote, Ynyshir and TRUEfoods.
Samira, known for bold, globally inspired cooking, has worked at 21212 in Edinburgh, Bohemia in Jersey and most recently as Head Chef at Grantley Hall’s Bar & Restaurant EightyEight. Samira’s Nigerian and Iranian heritage shape her distinctive flavours to create memorable dining experiences.
Together, they combine innovation, technical skill and a love of provenance to create something truly special.

When booking, please note seating time is the time in which the meal will commence, you are more than welcome to arrive earlier for drinks, but the timing of food will remain the same, if you are running late for the 6:30pm sitting, you may be moved to the 8pm.
Please note due to the nature of these events, we cannot refund any cancellations. If we are able to resell your tickets, we will be more than happy to refund or credit you for an event at a later date.
