DINNER WITH MASTERCHEF: THE PROFESSIONALS KASAE FRASER

You all probably remember Kasae from her amazing run on MasterChef: The Professionals 2023. She wowed the judges and viewers with her culinary skills and blew everyone away with her innovative dishes, showcasing her unique style and flavours. So it was absolutely no surprise when she made it to the final three alongside Tommy Thorn and Tom Hamblet!

It will be Kasae’s second time in Lichfield, after cooking along side Tom Shepherd at Restaurant Upstairs during her time on the show, however this time the spot light will be solely on Kasae as she takes over at Thyme Kitchen for the night to cook you all a beautiful tasting menu!

Charred hispi cabbage, brown butter miso glaze, elderflower crème fraîche

Scallops, rhubarb hollandaise, salt baked kohlrabi, pumpkin seed oil

Duck breast with spiced glaze, carrots, coriander, confit duck waffle

Coconut pana cotta, apple balls, apple and wasabi granita, loveage oil

When booking, please note seating time is the time in which the meal will commence, you are more than welcome to arrive earlier for drinks, but the timing of food will remain the same, if you are running late for the 6:30pm sitting, you may be moved to the 8pm.

Please note due to the nature of these events, we cannot refund any cancellations. If we are able to resell your tickets, we will be more than happy to refund or credit you for an event at a later date in full.
