Dinner with Nikita, Charlie & Sagar

    Location – Thyme Kitchen WS13 8ES | Friday 13th, Saturday 14th & Sunday 15th January

This is an independently run event and is not associated with, or endorsed by MasterChef, Shine TV or the BBC.

We are hosting two very special evenings with Nikita Pathakji, Charlie Jeffreys and Sagar Massey. Enjoy a beautiful 6 course meal along with the chance to meet the chefs and get the inside scoop from their incredible journeys. Join us on either the 13th or 14th of January to be one of the very first to try their dishes inspired by their time on MasterChef: The Professionals 2022.

Chef Nikita grew up in Derby before moving to London to pursue her dreams of becoming a chef. Nikita worked in various different restaurants all around London, until she joined W8 where she worked up to Junior Sous Chef, and entered and won MasterChef: The Professionals. Nikita is classically trained with a love for Asian flavours, during her time on the show she combined the two to create some absolutely incredible dishes.

Chef Charlie Jeffreys, originally from Dorset now works as Chef De Partie at the 3 Michelin Star restaurant, Alain Ducasse At The Dorchester, a restaurant focusing on refined French cuisine. Charlie knew he wanted to be a chef from a very young age before securing an apprenticeship in London, which would turn out to be the start of his amazing career. A large part of Charlie’s inspiration for his food comes from a love for his home town Dorset.

Chef Sagar was born in Bulandshahr before moving to Glasgow, Scotland. Sagar became a chef by attending Cooking school, before beginning his career working at Martin Wisharts Loch Lomond and various other restaurants before joining the team at Marine & Lawn Hotel in Troon, where he currently works as Senior Sous. Sagar’s role models are his Mom and Dad who both introduced him to cooking, which is where Sagar found his love for Indian cuisine. He used these flavours along with his cheffing skills to wow the judges during the show.
