DINNER WITH TOM PHILLIPS

Chef Tom Phillips is a celebrated British chef known for his innovative approach to modern European cuisine. Originally from Newport, Wales, Phillips began his culinary career at 16 and has worked at prestigious restaurants like The Ritz in London, Thomas Keller’s Per Se in New York, and Simon Rogan’s L’Enclume in Cartmel.

He is currently the Executive Chef at Restaurant Story in London, a 2 Michelin-starred establishment, where he has been since 2017. Under his leadership, the restaurant earned its second Michelin star in 2021. Phillips also gained significant recognition by representing the UK in the 2025 Bocuse d’Or and competing on BBC’s Great British Menu in 2015, becoming a Regional Finalist. With a focus on sustainable, seasonal ingredients, Phillips continues to inspire both professionals and food lovers alike.

All dietaries and allergies must be stated at the time of booking.

When booking, please note seating time is the time in which the meal will commence, you are more than welcome to arrive earlier for drinks, but the timing of food will remain the same, if you are running late for the 6:30pm sitting, you may be moved to the 8pm.

Please note due to the nature of these events, we cannot refund any cancellations. If we are able to resell your tickets, we will be more than happy to refund or credit you for an event at a later date.
