After an incredibly successful evening with us in Lichfield, Ritchie is heading down to Tywyn to cook you all a beautiful tasting menu.
Ritchie impressed judges throughout his MasterChef: The Professionals journey, becoming the first chef to take on every challenge with a fully plant-based menu.
This special evening is your chance to experience just how exciting and flavour-packed plant-based cooking can be. Whether you’re a lifelong vegan or a curious sceptic, we invite you to come with an open mind—and an empty stomach!

Inari pocket filled with pearl barley, english mustard, preserved plum & confit garlic.

Focaccia loaf with whipped marmite butter.
8 hour ponzu tomatoes with a refreshing garlic & cucumber consommé. Served with a sourdough crispbread, herb mascarpone & basil.
Chipotle spiced cauliflower, puffed wild rice & a brie, garlic & chive espuma
Koji poached carrot, fennel pollen, apple gel & koji butter sauce.
King oyster mushroom, smoked potato terrine, black garlic puree, truffle & herb sauce.
Cereal milk ice cream, passionfruit curd & sweet/salted grains.
Chocolate ganache, cassis sorbet, roasted marzipan puree & salted shortbread.

When booking, please note seating time is the time in which the meal will commence, you are more than welcome to arrive earlier for drinks, but the timing of food will remain the same, if you are running late for the 6:30pm sitting, you may be moved to the 8pm.
Please note due to the nature of these events, we cannot refund any cancellations. If we are able to resell your tickets, we will be more than happy to refund or credit you for an event at a later date.
