Chef Liv Burt is visiting Thyme Kitchen this Fall!
We are thrilled to announce that Liv Burt is joining us for the weekend to take over Thyme Kitchen on the 8-9th of October to bring a taste of modern, British, Seasonal cooking to you all.
Following her first professional job at Joel Robuchon in Paris, Liv Burt went on to work at Claridge’s for three years, before staying on at the hotel as sous chef. Liv is currently head chef at Stanley’s restaurant, Chelsea.
Although Olivia has worked in some highly acclaimed restaurants, you may actually recognise her from MasterChef: The Professionals 2019 where she made it to the final.
£75 per head dining Friday 8th October.
