Oli is returning to Thyme Kitchen!
Masterchef: The Professionals finalist Oli Martin has been Head Chef at Hipping Hall, Kirky Lonsdale for 6 years where he has been awarded 4 AA Rosettes. Oli, 30, originally from Lytham, has worked at the likes of Northcote, Blackburn and the Gilpin Hotel, Crook, as well as in France and as far afield as Sydney, Australia.
You may have also seen Oli on Masterchef: The Professionals – Festive Knockout where he cooked some absolutely incredible dishes to take home the trophy!
We are so excited to let you all know that he is returning to take over Thyme Kitchen once again on the 12th and 13th of November to bring a taste of Hipping Hall to Thyme Kitchen.
