MasterChef Finalists Louisa Ellis & Leo Kattou

We were really excited to bring 2 of the amazing finalists from MasterChef The Professionals 2017 to Lichfield.

Louisa and Leo beat off thousands of applicants to take part in the series which saw 48 professional chefs from around the UK put through a gruelling seven weeks of cooking.

Louisa blew the judges away this series with her seriously impressive culinary skills. The only woman to have reached the finals stages, she received rave reviews from Michelin-starred chef Marcus Wareing, outstanding chef Monica Galetti and MasterChef presenter Gregg Wallace. Louisa is renowned for producing amazing sauces to accompany her dishes throughout the competition and will also recreate her banana dessert for our diners!

Leo also wowed the judges and food critics alike! His vanilla buttermilk panna cotta hit the sweet spot for Tracey MacLeod, William Sitwell and Tom Parker Bowles with comments “This panacotta is absolutely faultless” and “It’s a riot of flavours!” Leo commented on his style “I like to keep it simple – use the right ingredients and maximise the flavour out of each. It’s all in the execution.”

As a Supper Club we seat guests together to make up larger tables and therefore smaller parties may be seated with other like minded foodies. In some circumstance we are able to split tables but we cannot guarantee this – please add a note to your booking if you prefer to be seated as per your booking.
