Leo has recently left Simpsons Restaurant after 13 years where he progressed from commis to Head Chef under the guidance of Executive Chef Luke Tipping. Leo also won Chef of Year in 2021 and is now looking forward to new opportunities. We are delighted that Leo is joining us in Lichfield for his inaugural event! He is ready to whisk us to Greece – we may not be able to rely on the weather but we can certainly rely on Leo to produce the flavours that will transport us to the sunny islands of Greece.
