Stuart Deeley, Head Chef of The Wilderness will be serving up some seriously tasty treats for this bonfire night inspired menu.
£55 +VAT per head ~ 6 courses + welcome drink
Think sparklers, toasted marshmallows and 6 bonfire inspired courses. Enjoy a welcome drink next to the fire pit in the teepee before sitting down to some seriously tasty offerings in the Strawberry Cabin. Stuart Deeley head chef of The Wilderness, recently award 3 AA rosettes will sprinkle his magic over this bonfire bonanza with dishes such as Plaice cooked in manteco, spicy sausage cassoulet, aerated bisque and BBQ pineapple, mulled rum, vanilla and gingerbread. We are so excited to be popping up on the farm at Manor Farm, Hints – it’s the perfect setting for this wonderful Autumnal dinner.
Stuart looks after the day to day cooking at The Wilderness and constantly strives to bring new dishes to their exciting menu. Studying at Halesowen College Stuart went on to Simpsons Restaurant and is now Alex Claridge’s right hand man – Stuart is a chef on the up – definitely one to watch!
