Jamie is the owner and chef of Harborne Kitchen in Birmingham. The HK Team are passionate, close knit and incredibly hard working. There are currently seven chefs in the open kitchen led by Jamie.
Jamie honed his skills and passion under Executive Head Chef Mark Askew at the critically acclaimed Petrus in Knightsbridge. He describes his cooking as precise modern British cooking, concentrating on lesser used cuts with bold seasonal flavours. Since opening in November 2016 the team have been awarded the good food guide ‘best local restaurant’ for the whole of the Midlands, as well as a cooking score of 6 which translates to ‘Exemplary cooking skills, innovative ideas, impeccable ingredients and an element of excitement’. As well as being awarded a Michelin plate in the 2019 Michelin guide.
